DeviseとRails - DevitsのArgumentError :: RegistrationsController＃create

Question

新しいユーザーが新しいユーザー登録フォームを送信すると、以下のエラーメッセージが表示されます。私はdevise/registrations_controller.rbが存在しないのでそれを疑う。
