3D散布図のサイズ変更

Question

Spyder（Python 3.5）を使用して3Dグラフをプロットすることができました。ただし、グラフのサイズが小さすぎます。グラフのサイズを大きくして画像ファイルとして保存するにはどうすればよいですか？
