Firefox 12.0でSeleniumが動作していません

Firefoxが最新バージョン12.0にアップグレードされた後、Seleniumが動作しません。以下のメッセージで失敗しています。私が古いバージョンのfirefoxを使用していれば、まだうまくいきます。Firefox 12.0でSeleniumが動作していません
