Xcodeを開き、「ダウンロード」タブに移動してリストを見つけ、「コマンドラインツール」と「インストール」をクリックして、「完了」をクリックします。

これをインストールするには、開発者としてアカウントが必要です（アカウントがない場合は作成してください）。
