OnStart()メソッドでusing構成を使用します。つまり、そのメソッドが完了すると、作成したServiceHostオブジェクトは使用できなくなり、定義したエンドポイントも使用できなくなります。代わりに、ServiceHost変数を静的にWindowsサービスに格納します。
