ffmpegでTS-StreamをMKVに変換する

私はffmpeg 3.2.7を使用していますが、mkvにロスレスなTSファイルを変換する際に問題があります。ソースファイルは、dumprtp（dvbstream 0.5から）で記録されたダンプされたIPTVストリームです。ffmpegでTS-StreamをMKVに変換する

ffmpeg -i Test.ts -map 0:0 -map 0:2 -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f matroska Test.mkv

convertionは成功しますが、出力ファイルが数秒ごとにピクセル化です。

私はMKVToolnixでそれを変換しているときは、すべてうまく見えます。

誰にもその問題の解決策がありますか？ストリームを正しく同期させるためのオプションがありますか？
