問題はメインクラス（ "CommandLineRunner"を実装するクラス）がデフォルトパッケージではなく特定のパッケージにあることでした。他のDAOも同じレベルまたはサブレベルにある必要があります。これで、monogoDBとの間でデータを更新および表示できました。
