RollingFileAppenderは、ローカルディスクにのみ書き込みます。何らかの形でHDFSをマウントできない限り、「ローカルディスクがお使いのOSに似ています」とは動作しません。 Flume Appenderのようなリモートロギングをサポートする別のLog4j Appenderタイプを選択するか、自分自身をロールバックする必要があります。
