カスタマーポータルからダウンロード可能な2つの異なるフィックスパックがありますので、「Fixpack 30ソースコード」ではなく「Fixpack 30」をダウンロードしてください。これはメッセージPatch source code is not availableをきちんと説明するでしょう。ソースフィックスパックをパッチディレクトリに追加するだけです。
